As the Principal and founder of MJK Property Management, Michelle began her property management career in 2003, following several years working in the hospitality industry in 5-star hotels in Sydney and overseas. Prior to founding MJK Property Management, Michelle had held a variety of property management positions including Senior Property Manager and Director of Property Management at several practices working in the Lower North Shore, Inner City and Eastern Suburbs residential markets, including the high-end executive rental and prestige markets.
A life-long resident of Mosman and owner of multiple investment properties herself on the lower north shore and in the eastern suburbs, Michelle is able to leverage her rich blend of personal and professional experience as an owner-resident-investor and property manager, to the mutual benefit of both her landlord and tenant clientele. Reliability, clear and regular communication, and a commitment to working at all times to achieve the best for her clients are hallmarks of Michelle’s approach to service, honed during her earlier professional experience in hospitality.
The rental portfolio at MJK Property Management serves as testament to Michelle’s success in fostering professional relationships, with nearly all properties listed being from long-term clients or referrals. The clientele at MJK Property Management include both local and overseas-based landlords, and some who started off as tenants at properties managed by Michelle, before going on to entrust their own investment properties to Michelle for management.
